PlayMAD! UNSTOPPABLE

Kinley Rasmus is 12, from Phenix City, Alabama. At the Little League World Series she was the 25th girl to play in the tournament, and she did not hide.

Pitching for the Southeast Region, she allowed two hits and struck out six against East Side Little League of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Phenix City won 6–5. Fans chanted “fear the bow.” She tied Mo’ne Davis’s record for strikeouts by a girl in the Series.

Her dad, Cory Rasmus, pitched for the Braves and the Angels and helped Phenix City reach Williamsport in 1999. Kinley said she just had to throw strikes and let the defense work.

That’s the MAD! mindset — desire, eagerness, and enthusiasm when it counts.
